TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE, DELIVERY, REPAIR AND SERVICES
DEFINITIONS:
- The "Seller" means LoraTag or associated companies.
- The "Buyer" means the person contracting to buy Goods
- The "Goods" means the goods the Buyer contracts to buy, which may be specified in the order acknowledgement or other appropriate document and where the context so permits includes units, parts, accessories, repairs and service.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the sale, delivery, repair and service shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. PRICES
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the Seller and are shown in Pound Sterling.
2. DELIVERY
Orders are normally dispatched 1-2 days from receipt of order. Delivery times and dates specified by the Seller are given and intended as an estimate only; if the Seller cannot deliver within 10 working days the buyer will be informed immediately and, with their agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery the Buyer will receive a full refund.
3. PAYMENT
We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
The following forms of payment are accepted:
- Debit/Credit Card either online (via Paypal), or over the phone.
- PayPal
- Cheque
- BACS Bank Transfer
- Cash (Collection only)
4. RETURNING OF GOODS
4.1 We will refund or replace at no extra cost any products damaged before or on delivery, if the Buyer notifies us by telephone or in writing within 48 hours of their receipt. Photographic evidence may be required.
4.2 We will replace at no extra cost any products which have been lost in transit if the buyer notifies us by telephone within 48 hours of dispatch date.
4.3 The buyer has the right to a 14 day cooling off period, commencing the day after goods are received, in which to cancel their order for whatever reason. If the goods are damaged or faulty then the buyer has 30 days to exercise this right If the Buyer chooses to exercise these rights they must return any goods supplied to them in their original condition.
Money will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. Goods must be returned using the method by which they were sent. A deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods if the Buyer has not returned the goods within this period. The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods or having the goods collected. The Seller has the right to deduct a 25% restocking fee from the refund.

5. CLAIMS
5.1 DESIGN
The Buyer must ensure the Goods are suitable for their particular purpose. Should the Buyer effect onward sale or supply to a third party, all products should be delivered in the original packaging, instructions and labeling.
5.2 SERVICE BEYOND OUR LIABILITY
The Buyer may request the Seller to service Goods supplied by the Seller. If the serviced Goods prove to be free from any defect warranted by the Seller, the Seller reserved the right to charge service fees from the Buyer and the Buyer agrees to pay such service fees to the Seller. Charges for making repairs to Goods not included by the warranty shall be subject to the Seller's current service fees.
6. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
The Seller endeavors to respond to all complaints within five working days, and if the seller needs to investigate your query further the Seller will advise you.

7. SPECIFICATIONS
7.1
All descriptions and illustrations and particulars of weights and dimensions and performance criteria issued by the Company in catalogues, price lists, advertising matter and specifications are by way of general descriptions and approximate only, and shall not form part of any contract or give rise to any liability on the part of the Company.
7.2
It is the policy of the Company to endeavor to develop and improve its products, and accordingly the Company reserves the right to change all specifications without prior notification or public announcement pursuant to such policy, provided that nothing in this Clause shall oblige the Purchaser to accept goods which do not reasonably comply with the contract
All information provided pursuant with the Products is believed to be correct at the time of publishing of the Product information.
8. RETENTION OF TITLE
Any design, drawing, description model, sample and/or the like shall remain the absolute property of the Seller and the Buyer shall, if so requested by the Seller, return such design, drawing, description, model, sample and/or the like to the Seller. The Buyer shall have no right to use or transfer or assign any drawing, description model, sample and/or the like to any third party without the prior written consent of the Seller.
9. LAW
The proper law applicable to all contracts between the Seller and the Buyer is that of England.
10. DATA USAGE
Any personal data taken from the Buyer will be stored according to the Data Protection Act (1988). This data may be used for marketing purposes but will not be shared with any third parties; the Buyer retains the right to opt-out of marketing at any time.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these business terms.
